Refund policy
Returns:
ALL SALES FINAL!
We do not accept returns once the order has been shipped. Orders that are cancelled are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be made before 12:00PM EST the day after the order is placed.
If you are under the age of 21, we will immediately cancel the order and you will be charged the 20% restocking fee.
Damaged Items:
If your order is damaged upon arrival, immediately take photos and email them to customerservice@headlinessmokes.com no more than 24 hours after delivery. Please keep all original packaging. Any item that has been used or is not in the original packaging will not be eligible for replacement/return.
We will initiate the pick-up of the damaged order with the shipping company. Do not ship the item back to us without receiving instruction from the Customer Service email. Total turnaround time for an exchange of a damaged order may take anywhere from 7-21 business days depending on the scenario. (Keep in mind due to COVID there may be some shipping delays)
Items which arrive damaged will be replaced with the same item. In the event that the item is not replaceable, we will offer an exchange for something of the same value or the customer may choose to receive a refund.
